Survive & Thrive - 1.0

This 5 week, 8 session course is built around the simple but powerful idea of Training & Treating: developing strength while actively improving mobility and addressing restrictions or discomforts. 

Instead of separating performance and recovery, we combine them - so every session moves you forward.

We are going to focus on mastering five highly effective movements:

  • The L-sit

  • The Spiderman push-up

  • The Shrimp squat

  • The Kettlebell swing

  • The Chin-up

These exercises have been carefully selected to build full-body strength, control, and coordination, all while exposing and improving mobility limitations and muscle imbalances.

You don’t need to be. Each movement will be scaled to your current ability, meeting you where you are and progressing you toward confident, controlled execution over the 5 weeks.

Each session is structured to take you one step closer to becoming an olympic gymnast while improving any aches and pain along the way. 

The course runs across 5 weeks and includes 8 coached sessions. The first 3 weeks include two sessions weekly for consistent coaching and rapid skill development. In the final 2 weeks, you’ll attend one weekly session, supported by structured homework to reinforce your progress.

Whether you’re new to personal training or looking to refine your movement and strength, this course will give you the tools and understanding to move and perform better for the long-term.
